Heapcon 2026 App Support
The Heapcon 2026 app is the conference companion for people attending Heapcon 2026 in Belgrade on 5–6 November 2026. It carries the programme, your personal agenda, the attendee directory, messages between attendees, and announcements from the organizers.
Access is for registered attendees. Your invitation arrives by email along with your ticket, so there is no sign-up inside the app.
If what you need is not answered below, email us at heapcon@heapspace.rs.
I can’t sign in
You sign in with the email address on your conference ticket and the password you chose when you registered.
If you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. We send you a link that lets you set a new one. The link works once and expires, so request a fresh one if it has been sitting in your inbox for a while.
If you are sure the address is right and the password still does not work, email us and we will look at the account.
I never got my invite
Invitations go to the email address you used when you bought your ticket, which is not always the address you use day to day. Check that inbox first, including its spam folder.
If it is not there, email us from any address and tell us which one your ticket is under. We will send the invitation again.
I want to delete my account
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: Menu → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your password.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We erase your name, email address, company, job title, bio, links and profile photo, your connections and pending connection requests, your saved agenda, and your registered devices, and the account can no longer be used to sign in.
Posts, comments, direct messages, talk ratings and questions you have already sent stay visible to other attendees, but are no longer linked to you. The author is shown as “Deleted user”. We keep them because removing them would take away parts of other people’s conversations, including the messages their replies were answering. They are deleted along with all other app content within 90 days after the conference.
If you cannot sign in to delete the account yourself, email us and we will do it for you.
Deleting your app account does not delete your conference ticket or registration record, which is held by Entrio. Tell us if you want those removed as well.
I want to report a post, or block someone
Every post, comment, question and announcement has a … menu with Report in it. Tell us what is wrong with it and the report goes to the organizers, who review it and decide what happens to the content.
The same … menu on an attendee’s profile has Block. Blocking hides that person from you and you from them: neither of you sees the other’s posts, and neither can start a conversation. The other person is not told. You can see and undo your blocks under Menu → Blocked users.
If something needs attention faster than that, or if it concerns someone’s conduct at the conference itself, email us directly. Conduct at the event is covered by the Code of Conduct.
Contact us
Email heapcon@heapspace.rs for anything to do with the app or your account. Please include the email address your account is under, and the make of your phone if you are reporting something that looks broken.
