_what is Heapcon?

In case you’re hearing about us for the first time, here's a bit about us.

Heapcon is a regional tech conference for software engineers and tech businesses. We've been running our thing since 2018 under the shining light of Heapspace. We’re on a mission to inspire, educate, and connect.

This year’s edition is happening in Belgrade, Serbia, on November 5-6, 2026.

_important information about submissions

Our process is simple and transparent. We have an independent committee that is in charge of choosing talks. After the committee evaluates the talks and provides feedback, our team will reach out with the results.

The talk slots are 35 minutes, including Q&A.

  • Call For Speakers opens: February 2nd, 2026

  • Deadline: June 1st, 2026

  • Speaker announcement: end of June

  • Arrival in Belgrade: November 4th, 2026

  • Conference: November 5-6, 2026
