  Reaching a Senior roles is hard. But you already know that. What nobody tells you is that going beyond Senior roles gets exponentially harder! It's complex, confusing and scary path. Some do figure it out and profit, while others keep wandering, trying to get back on the track. Having spent 15+ years in the industry, dancing on the both sides of the fence, I'm happy to share some DOs and DON'Ts from my own experience!
