Jorge Turrado Ferrero
I have over 10 years of experience working in software development, including development, infrastructure architecture, and monitoring.
Currently, I am an Principal Site Reliability Engineer at Schwarz Digits, as well as a Microsoft MVP award recipient for 7 years in a row and a CNCF Ambassador. I spend most of my free time contributing to KEDA, a project that I’m passionate about. I love discussing technology and am always eager to learn more.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our puppies, and I take great pride in my family.

Operating the Heart of the Sovereign Cloud
Running an Identity Provider4 at scale allows no room for error: if identity fails, the cloud goes down. In this technical talk, we open the hood of STACKIT to show how we manage our critical core. We’ll walk through our GitOps workflow, how we implement canary rollouts protected by automated end-to-end tests, and how we minimize the blast radius of every deployment. Real resilience engineering for the European cloud, and no marketing slides.
