  • PaaS: addressing microservices drawbacks at scale

    Atlassian is big on Microservices. We have over 1500 of them running in production, powering our Cloud offerings. A lot has been told about pros of microservices in the last decade, but cons are rarely discussed in detail. In this talk, I’d like to discuss tradeoffs of microservice architecture and some of the solutions we built to address them via centralized Platform.
