Miloš Milošević, Director of Engineering (Football Engine) at Nordeus

Miloš Milošević brings over 12 years of experience in engineering, data analysis, and the research and development of artificial intelligence systems. As Director of Engineering for the Football Engine Team, he leads a multidisciplinary team of Engineers and Scientists focused on building a mobile-first, multipurpose AI vs AI football simulation engine.

Miloš holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Computer Science (RAF) in Belgrade. He was also a member of the Serbian Government’s working group responsible for the Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the Republic of Serbia (2020–2025), contributing his expertise to national policy on emerging technologies.

Outside of technology, Miloš is a passionate coffee enthusiast and the founder of Mëlo, a specialty coffee roastery based in Belgrade.

Uroš Vasiljević is a Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft, with over 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, he participated in numerous high-value FinTech projects for Fortune 500 S&P clients, addressing both technical and organizational challenges. His responsibilities have included leading development and DevOps teams, as well as serving as an Agile coach within my organization.

Currently at Microsoft focused on quality and productivity improvements for Azure related to code coverage, testing and AI. Strong believer that there is no efficient agile without a fast feedback loop.

Nemanja Tiosavljević, Senior Manager at Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies

Nemanja Tiosavljević is a seasoned technologist and strategic problem-solver with a 15-year international career forged at industry titans like Qualcomm, McLaren and Rivian. His extensive experience in high-performance and high-stakes environments gives him a unique view on how to operationalize advanced technology. Nemanja holds a Master’s degree from Belgrade University and brings a full-stack perspective, integrating expertise across AI, cloud systems, embedded and wireless technologies. He focuses on transforming complex technical challenges into clear, impactful business strategies.
